Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler, a Z-grade film reviewer, is renowned for her sarcastic appreciation for dumb action films and horror films. After getting some attention in the forums of Channel Awesome (under her previous username Obscurus Lupa) She began to write reviews in late 2009. She remained on the site until early 2015 in the year that Obscurus Lupa Presents was retooled into Movie Nights. The presenter hosts two podcasts. One that covers the Charmed franchise and the other hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. In 2009, after reviewing films her name was a hit in the forums of Channel Awesome. After joining the official team consisting of Channel Awesome reviewers, she gained a lot of attention. She's been featured in numerous Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. Doug Walker and Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would often appear on episodes of Nostalgia Critic.
