Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's fight sport experience began when she was 14 years old. In addition to BJJ training as well, she was also trained in boxing, wrestling and kickboxing. When she was 18, she made her amateur debut at WCFC. Ladd went on an impressive 3-fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat. In each of the three bouts she beat her opponent in the very first round. Aspen returned to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez through a unanimous verdict. Aspen won over Silvia B beghian and Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia defeated Aspen by unanimous decision. It left a blemish on the record of Ladd's amateur. Ladd defeated Roma Pawelek on Tuff n Uff, and increased her amateur record to 8-1. Aspen started her professional career in 2015after signing with Invicta FC for her professional debut. She fought Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11, and defeated her, securing a first-round TKO. Invicta Fc 16 was her first bout as a bantamweight. She defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar in second round. Aspen employed the strong abilities she acquired in wrestling to defeat McGill. Aspen ended her fight via TKO (3rd round) (elbows as well as punches). Aspen was then up against Jessica Hoy (138.1lb at Invicta FC) at an "catchweight"(138.1lb) due to the fact that Ladd did not make the weight. Aspen, however, defeated Hoy through TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her last promotion fight. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks prevailed by a majority vote. Aspen Ladd competed in her UFC debut against Lina Ladsberg. She outclassed Lina and pounded her with a ground-and-pound for a second-round TKO victory. She continued to dominate and scored a more impressive win in her subsequent fight with Tonya Evinger, at UFC 229 Ladd beat Evinger within the first few seconds and was awarded a prize for the performance of the evening. Her first fight of note came in her next fight at UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in an Invicta FC rematch. The two fighters put on an exchange of blows that culminated with Ladd winning via unanimous decision and each fighter getting an award known as the Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd within 16 seconds of the fight and ended her streak to win. The third time she fought on UFC in ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. For a rematch She fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. The fight was unanimously decided in her favor.
